Anxiety and Depression Treatment at Revida

WHAT ARE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION?
Anxiety can feel like a mind that won't switch off: constant worry, racing thoughts, a body stuck on high alert, and sometimes panic that comes out of nowhere. Depression can feel like a heavy fog that drains your energy, your hope, and your interest in the things you used to love. The two often show up together and feed each other, which can make everything, from work to relationships to getting out of bed, feel like too much.
Anxiety and depression can come from many places: stress, grief, trauma, genetics, health changes, or simply a season of life that asked too much. At Revida, we don't ask you to explain why. We listen, we take it seriously, and we help you find your way to relief.
You may recognize some of these signs:
Constant worry, racing thoughts, or panic attacks that get in the way of daily life
Sadness, hopelessness, or losing interest in things you used to enjoy
Exhaustion, trouble sleeping, muscle tension, or changes in appetite
Feeling numb, irritable, or unable to concentrate or make decisions
Pulling away from people, or feeling alone even when you're surrounded by them
Thoughts of hurting yourself or ending your life
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you deserve support. If you're having thoughts of suicide, please call or text 988 right now.
Care that looks at the whole picture.
We start by listening to your story, your health, your stress, your history, and your goals. Then we build a plan with evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which help you change painful thought patterns and build skills that last.
Support for the body, too.
Anxiety and depression show up in sleep, energy, digestion, and muscle tension. Nutrition support, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness help calm your body while therapy works on your mind.
Healing for what's underneath.
If trauma, grief, or old pain is part of the picture, trauma-informed therapies such as EMDR, somatic approaches, and internal family systems (IFS) can help you process them safely, at a pace that feels right for you.
A calm place to rest and reset.
A peaceful, private setting and a team that understands how heavy this can feel, so you can focus on feeling better.
COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT PROGRAM
Feeling better isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming back to yourself.
Your care starts with a thorough assessment of your physical and emotional health, your history, and your life right now. From there, we build a plan around you, with four parts that work together: Steadying your mood and calming your mind. Therapy, lifestyle support, and, where appropriate, medical care help ease symptoms so you have room to breathe.
Healing past wounds. Trauma-informed and body-based therapies help you process what you've been through and let go of what you've been holding. Building strength and hope. Mindfulness, journaling, and values-based goal-setting help you rebuild confidence and move toward what matters to you.
Reconnecting with people. Family therapy, group support, and community activities rebuild trust and remind you that you belong. Support doesn't stop when you leave. We help you build a plan for the road ahead, including coping skills, relapse prevention for hard days, and continued support through peer groups and follow-up care.
